CASE CONFERENCE
Following the didactic presentation at each session, the group will review 1 or 2 cases brought to the session by a community participant. Cases will be perinatal and/or infant mental health focused, and the clinical questions can be simple or very complex. We encourage all participants to submit a case, as it further enriches the content of the series.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CASE
Washington and Idaho providers, please use the case submission form. Please do not include any Protected Health Information (PHI) on your form. You are not required to complete parts of the form that are not relevant to your case.
